By using PLiKhost services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with this policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination of services, with or without prior notice.

2. Prohibited Activities

2.1 Illegal Activities

Customers are strictly prohibited from using PLiKhost services to engage in illegal activities, including but not limited to:

• Fraud, identity theft, or invasion of privacy
• Infringement of intellectual property rights
• Distribution of malicious software (viruses, trojans, ransomware, etc.)
• Activities related to illegal weapons, narcotics, or human trafficking

2.2 Network Abuse

• Cyberattacks (DDoS, port scanning, brute-force, exploitation, etc.)
• Misusing services as open relays, proxies, or bypassing restrictions
• Sending spam, phishing, or unsolicited bulk emails

3. Content Restrictions

3.1 Prohibited Content

Customers may not host, publish, or distribute content that:

• Involves child pornography or illegal sexual content
• Contains hate speech, threats, or discriminatory content
• Promotes extreme violence, harassment, or exploitation
• Spreads false or harmful disinformation

4. Email and Electronic Communications Policy

• No sending of spam, phishing, or bulk marketing emails without consent
• No distribution of malware, ransomware, or fraud attempts
• Clients are responsible for misuse causing IP blacklisting

Clients are solely responsible for all activity through their email accounts.

5. Additional Service Usage Terms

• Prohibited excessive resource usage affecting others
• Strictly no pirated, malicious, or backdoor software
• No reselling or sub-hosting without prior written approval

6. Account Security and Data Responsibility

• Clients must protect login credentials and SSH keys
• Maintain personal backups despite internal backups
• Report security breaches immediately via official support

7. Enforcement and Penalties ⚠️

PLiKhost may take appropriate action including:

• Issuing warnings
• Temporary access restrictions or suspensions
• Permanent termination without refund

All recovery costs or damage compensation fall under the customer’s responsibility.

8. Policy Changes

PLiKhost may revise this AUP as needed due to legal, technological, or operational updates. Significant changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notifications. Continued use after updates implies acceptance.
