At PLiKhost, we strive to provide transparent and clear policies to ensure the best experience for our customers. This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all services offered by PLiKhost.
1. Hosting Services
(Shared Hosting, Enterprise Hosting, Email Hosting)
- All hosting services are strictly non-refundable once activated.
- If migration from another provider fails due to PLiKhost’s fault, the customer is eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted through the Client Area only.
- Requests via email, chat, or phone will not be accepted.
2. Server Services
(Virtual Server, Dedicated Server, Colocation Server)
- All server-related services are non-refundable after activation.
- Cancellation must be submitted via the Client Area.
- Other communication channels are not accepted for cancellation requests.
3. Domain Name Services
(Domain Registration, Renewal, Transfer, and Restore)
- All domain-related transactions are final and non-refundable once processed.
- This includes registration, renewal, transfer, and restore actions.
4. Other Services
(SSL Certificates, Managed Support, Software Licenses, and Other Add-on Services)
- All such services are non-refundable after activation.
- Cancellation requests must go through the Client Area only.
- Requests outside of the Client Area will not be processed.

By purchasing and using services from PLiKhost, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with this Cancellation & Refund Policy in full.
