It is our policy to promptly respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with applicable laws.

2. Copyright Infringement Notification (DMCA Takedown Notice)

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied, posted, or distributed on a website hosted on our servers without your authorization, you may submit a formal copyright infringement notice.

The notice must include the following information:

• A detailed description of the copyrighted work

3. Response and Action by PLiKhost

Upon receiving a valid notice, PLiKhost will:

• Review the claim for legal compliance
• Disable access to or remove the material
• Notify the customer or user responsible
• Take appropriate action under our Terms of Service, including account restrictions or termination

4. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification with:

• Your full legal name, address, telephone number, and email address
• Identification of the removed content and its prior location
• A statement under penalty of perjury explaining the mistake
• A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of appropriate courts in Indonesia or where PLiKhost operates, and acceptance of legal service
• Your physical or electronic signature

PLiKhost may reinstate the material unless legal action is filed by the complainant within the required period.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

PLiKhost maintains a policy that allows for the termination of accounts of customers found to be repeat infringers of copyright or other intellectual property rights.

6. Legal Cooperation

PLiKhost complies with applicable intellectual property laws and will cooperate with law enforcement, government authorities, and valid legal requests involving copyright and IP matters.
