1. Investigation Fee
In the event of a chargeback or payment reversal (including those made via credit card or PayPal), the following terms apply:
- An investigation fee of USD 50 will be charged to the associated billing account.
2. Payment Account Policy
- Any credit card or payment account involved in a chargeback may be permanently blocked from making future transactions with PLiKhost.
- Upon receipt of a chargeback notification, the associated service account will be suspended immediately until the issue is resolved.
3. Process Overview
- You complete a payment via credit card, PayPal, or other supported methods.
- The payment is reversed or disputed through the bank or payment gateway.
- PLiKhost receives notification of the chargeback.
Our response:
- Suspend the associated service account
- Apply the investigation fee of USD 50
- Block the use of the same payment method for future transactions
