1. Investigation Fee

In the event of a chargeback or payment reversal (including those made via credit card or PayPal), the following terms apply:

  • An investigation fee of USD 50 will be charged to the associated billing account.

2. Payment Account Policy

  • Any credit card or payment account involved in a chargeback may be permanently blocked from making future transactions with PLiKhost.
  • Upon receipt of a chargeback notification, the associated service account will be suspended immediately until the issue is resolved.

3. Process Overview

  1. You complete a payment via credit card, PayPal, or other supported methods.
  2. The payment is reversed or disputed through the bank or payment gateway.
  3. PLiKhost receives notification of the chargeback.

Our response:

  • Suspend the associated service account
  • Apply the investigation fee of USD 50
  • Block the use of the same payment method for future transactions

We highly encourage direct communication to resolve any payment-related issues. If you believe a charge was made in error or have any concerns, please contact our support team before initiating a chargeback. This will help avoid unnecessary fees and service disruptions.
