1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PLiKhost services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, along with the following policies:

• Privacy Policy
• Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
• No Spam Policy (NSP)

If you do not agree to these terms or any related policies, please do not use our services.

2. Definitions

• PLiKhost: Refers to the web hosting service provider, including its subsidiaries and affiliates.
• Client: Refers to the individual or legal entity subscribing to or using PLiKhost services.
• Service(s): Includes all web hosting, digital products, and related solutions offered.
• Agreement: Refers to these Terms combined with all applicable policies and guidelines.

3. General Terms of Service

3.1 Service Term and Payment

• All services are prepaid and billed according to the selected billing cycle.
• Services are activated upon successful payment confirmation.
• Accounts overdue by more than 1 day may be suspended. More than 30 days may result in permanent termination.

3.2 Taxes and Additional Charges

Clients are responsible for any applicable taxes, levies, or duties imposed by relevant jurisdictions in connection with our services.

4. Service Suspension and Termination ⚠️

PLiKhost reserves the right to suspend or terminate services without notice if the Client:

• Violates the AUP or NSP
• Abuses systems or server resources

Suspended accounts exceeding 30 days may be permanently deleted without further notice.

5. Data Responsibility and Backups 💾

• Clients are solely responsible for maintaining their own data backups.
• PLiKhost may perform internal backups, but no guarantee is made regarding their availability or accuracy.
• PLiKhost is not liable for any data loss due to negligence, hardware failure, or force majeure.

6. Limitation of Liability

PLiKhost shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including, but not limited to, loss of profits, data, or business interruptions.

7. Indemnification

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless PLiKhost from any claims, damages, or legal costs arising from the Client’s use or misuse of the services.

8. Force Majeure

PLiKhost is not responsible for any delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, war, cyberattacks, or telecom failures.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction ⚖️

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts located in Jakarta, Indonesia.

10. Changes to Terms

PLiKhost may revise these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the official website and take immediate effect upon publication.
